Dillon, Tuisamoa Score 39 In OMBAC's Win Over Belmont Shore
OMBAC moves to 3-0 in the Pacific Rugby Premiership with a 31-point second half over Belmont Shore.

OMBAC made another statement this weekend, galloping past Belmont Shore 54-27 at Shore’s home ground on the campus of Cal State Long Beach on Saturday.
OMBAC outscored Belmont Shore 31-17 in a torrid second half that secured the victory and put the San Diego club at 3-0 in the Pacific Rugby Premiership.

The OMBAC coaches said they wanted their players to take their scoring opportunities better, and the team responded by scoring six tries, four of them in the second half. In addition, fullback Michael Dillon was on-song with the boot, slotting four penalty goals and converting all six of the OMBAC tries to get maximum value. Altogether, he logged 24 points on his own.
Player-coach Tai Tuisamoa came into the game having scored in each of the first two games, and the powerful lock forward scored three against Belmont Shore. For its part, Shore, which dropped to 2-1, scored two late tries to salvage a bonus point for four tries.
