Bulls vs. Lions, Munster vs. Glasgow Headline Must-Watch Matches This Week
With the Six Nations approaching, key URC and Top 14 matches this weekend offer upset chances as squads rotate. Here are five must-watch games on FloRugby.

The club rugby season is entering a chaotic phase, as domestic leagues once again approach a hiatus with the 2026 Six Nations preparing to capture the attention of the sport.
United Rugby Championship matches in Round 11 count as much as any other round, meaning for some clubs, this week presents a real opportunity.

We aren’t the first to posit that chaos brings opportunity, but for some clubs, this weekend will test that theory.
Across the Top 14 and URC, several teams have chances to pick up wins against squads that may lack star power, as top players begin joining national teams ahead of next week’s Round 1 of the Six Nations.
Here are five must-watch matches streaming on FloRugby this week:
Glasgow Warriors vs. Munster Rugby, 2:45 p.m. ET, Jan. 30
The Warriors never seem to lose at home, but that will be put to the test against a struggling Munster side that had to rally from a large deficit against the Dragons at home last week.
That performance came on the heels of Munster being knocked out of the Investec Champions Cup playoffs in Pool 4 a week earlier.
This likely won’t be the typical Warriors lineup, with many players expected to join Gregor Townsend’s Scotland camp.
Munster, meanwhile, also will be missing internationals — but likely not as many as Glasgow.
It wasn’t long ago that Munster sat atop the URC; now the team is fifth. The Warriors, meanwhile, just overtook the DHL Stormers by three match points to lead the table.
In the words of FloRugby’s Philip Bendon, this should be a cracker.
Montpellier vs. Stade Français, 8:30 a.m. ET, Jan. 31
Montpellier is positioned to return to the Investec Champions Cup, sitting seventh on the Top 14 table.
So is Stade Français, which just beat Bordeaux — in Bordeaux — in the last round. Stade Français sits third in the Top 14, but only four points ahead of Montpellier, underscoring how critical every round has become.
Emirates Lions vs. Vodacom Bulls, 7:30 a.m. ET, Jan. 31
This is the FloRugby Match of the Week, as both South African clubs enter with major momentum. Three of the four teams from the Southern Hemisphere appear to be gaining steam.
The Sharks stunned the Stormers in Cape Town, the Lions avoided defeat in Wales against the Ospreys with a draw and the Bulls beat Edinburgh in Scotland.
The Lions beat the Bulls for just the second time since 2018 in November — can they do it again at home against a Bulls side that went from seven straight losses to back-to-back wins?
Ulster Rugby vs. Cardiff Rugby, 2:45 p.m. ET, Jan. 31
Cardiff continued to keep pace in the URC with a win over Benetton Rugby in Round 10, while Ulster suffered a surprising road loss in Wales to the Scarlets.
Ulster won’t be as impacted by Irish internationals as the other three provinces and should field a strong squad. Cardiff, meanwhile, may feel the absence of Welsh internationals.
Cardiff sits fourth on the table at 7-0-3, just four points behind No. 1 Glasgow at 35. Ulster is sixth, only three points behind Cardiff.
Toulouse vs. Bayonne, 3 p.m. ET, Jan. 31
Bayonne has endured an up-and-down season and just finished a massively disappointing Investec Champions Cup campaign. Meanwhile, Toulouse — when at full strength — can beat any club in the world.
But as seen earlier this month, Toulouse with a rotated lineup can lose, as it did against Perpignan, the No. 13 team in the Top 14. Few clubs carry more internationals than Toulouse, so the door is open for Bayonne to chase one of the rarest achievements in the league: a road win in the Top 14.
Toulouse can afford a loss after building a six-point match-point cushion in the Top 14 after demolishing Pau last weekend.
