The All Blacks held firm to extend their 120-year unbeaten streak against Scotland with a 25-17 victory at Murrayfield in Week 2 of the Autumn Nations Series.

Despite a fiery Scottish comeback, New Zealand earned its 31st win, among two draws, in 33 meetings.

New Zealand started strong, with early tries from Josh Lord and Will Jordan putting the All Blacks up 17-0 by halftime.

Scotland roared back in the second half — Ewan Ashman powered over for the first try, followed by Kyle Steyn’s finish to close the gap to 17-14.

Finn Russell’s penalty later tied the game at 17-17, sending the Murrayfield crowd into a frenzy.

But the All Blacks, as ever, found another gear.

Damian McKenzie’s late try and a penalty sealed the match, securing New Zealand’s unbroken dominance.

For a moment, Scotland looked poised to rewrite history — but McKenzie’s brilliance kept the streak alive.
