Munster stunned Leinster 31-14 at a packed Croke Park, delivering a statement win in Round 4 of the United Rugby Championship.

Leinster struck first through Rónan Kelleher, but Munster roared back with tries from Brian Gleeson, Tom Farrell and Ethan Coughlan to seize a 21–7 halftime lead.

Jack Crowley’s pinpoint kicking and a late penalty try sealed the emphatic victory.

For Munster, it’s a fourth straight win to open the URC season, solidifying the team's place near the top of the table and reinforcing its title credentials.

The triumph also breaks a three-game losing streak against Munster's provincial rival, marking the squad's first win over Leinster since May 2023.

Leinster, meanwhile, will rue missed chances and a rare lack of composure near the try line.

In one of Irish rugby’s fiercest rivalries, Munster’s dominance at Croke Park sends a powerful early-season message — Munster is the team to beat.
