URC Table R3: Stormers Take Lead, Bulls Fall To Ulster; Munster Undefeated
The DHL Stormers rise to first place in the Round 3 URC table after the Bulls’ loss to Ulster. Munster, Ulster and Glasgow also shine on a big weekend.
Last week’s top dogs, the Vodacom Bulls, fell to Ulster Rugby 28-7, opening the door for the DHL Stormers to climb to the top of the Week 3 United Rugby Championship standings.
Ulster earned its second consecutive bonus-point victory, holding the Bulls to a single try.
The match was even at 7-7 at halftime, but a second-half try from Juarno Augustus — his first with the club — sparked Ulster’s momentum toward a commanding 28-7 win.

Stormers Stay Unbeaten With Dominant Win Over Scarlets
The Stormers extended their perfect season with a 34-0 rout of Scarlets, which hadn’t been shut out in league play since April 2007.
The Cape Town side built a 17-0 lead by halftime and never looked back, sealing the match with a clinical performance on both sides of the ball.
Munster Grinds Out Late Win Against Edinburgh
Munster moved up to second in the standings after a narrow 20-19 victory over Edinburgh.
Both sides traded early tries, with Munster trailing 12-10 at the break.
Edinburgh extended its lead two minutes into the second half, but Munster clawed back — scoring the decisive try just before the final whistle to remain unbeaten.
Glasgow Dominates Dragons With 49-0 Shutout Victory
The Glasgow Warriors maintained their strong start, blanking the Dragons 49-0.
The Warriors controlled possession and tempo, winning 122 rucks to the Dragons’ 83, and completing 236 passes to their opponent’s 165.
Despite leading in scrum success (86% to 64%), the Dragons couldn’t translate set-piece play into points.
