Scott Lawrence, USA Rugby Coach To Join FloRugby Athlete's Lounge This Week
Scott Lawrence will join the broadcast as the FloRugby Athlete's Lounge kicks off the 2025 Gallager PREM Rugby season with host Dallen Stanford on Sept. 26.
As the 2025 Gallagher PREM Rugby season gets started on FloRugby, we're launching an all new Athlete's Lounge show, which was first launched with FloSports' Athlete's Lounge broadcast around the 2025 Diamond League track and field events on FloTrack.
The first episode will launch on Friday, September 26 and it's already looking to be a star-studded occasion with announcement of USA Rugby General Manager and Head Coach Scott Lawrence to the show, adding to the already-announced award-winning rugby broadcaster Dallen Stanford.
Lawrence will be just one part of the fun, including other special guests, live reactions, breakdowns, and expert analysis for the day's biggest matches. Those include defending champion Bath’s trip to Twickenham to face Harlequins F.C. and the Newcastle Red Bulls’ match against Owen Farrell, Maro Itoje and Saracens F.C.

The 2025 Gallagher PREM rugby season matches are streaming live and on-demand for fans in the United States all season long.
Rugby fans in the United States can tune in to catch the FloRugby Athlete’s Lounge free broadcast at 2:30 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 26 on FloRugby, the FloSports app, and the FloRugby YouTube and Facebook pages.
Scott Lawrence, USA Rugby Coach To Join FloRugby Athlete's Lounge This Week
Lawrence was officially appointed as the head coach and general manager of the Men's Eagles in January of 2024. He first began coaching with team USA in 2011, helping the U20 national team to a victory at the 2012 Junior World Rugby Trophy. He was promoted to interim head coach in 2023, taking victory in the Eagles first match, a 31-17 win over Romania, under his direction.
Later on that year, they would go on to secure the La Vila International Rugby Cup with wins over Spain and Brazil.
Before joining the coaching staff at Team USA, he found success coaching at his alma mater, Life University.
Most recently, Lawrence guided the Eagles to qualification in the 2027 Rugby World Cup after beating Samoa in the Pacific Nations Cup, 29-13.

The Athlete's Lounge will debut on FloRugby on Friday, September 26.
Dallen Stanford Brings A Springbok Flair To The Athlete’s Lounge
Stanford is simply one of the best rugby broadcasters and analysts in the world today. The South African-born commentator, who now calls the United States home, played for USA Rugby Sevens and has covered multiple Rugby World Cups. He was also the first American lead commentator for the Rugby World Cup.

The FloRugby Athlete’s Lounge will debut at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, live and in the FloSports studio. The stream will be free for all audiences in the United States and territories. The show will also be streamed live on FloRugby’s YouTube and Facebook pages.
