Winners of a record 11 Premiership titles, Leicester’s legacy is built on physicality, relentless defense and a proud culture at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. After lifting the trophy in 2022, the Tigers are aiming to re-establish themselves at the very top of the competition.
Founded in 1880, Leicester has been home to England legends from Martin Johnson to Neil Back. The Tigers were once perennial finalists, making nine straight Premiership deciders between 2005 and 2013. More recently, the club has seen turnover in personnel, but its academy pipeline and ability to blend internationals with homegrown talent ensures Leicester remain competitive. This season, their leadership baton has passed firmly to a younger core.

Up front, Leicester’s pack is led by England star Ollie Chessum, ranked No. 77 in FloRugby’s Top 100.
