Manu Samoa and Fiji are set to meet in the Pacific Nations Cup as part of the International Rugby Union, with the matchup being held at Rotorua International Stadium in Rotorua, New Zealand. 

In the first group stage of the competition, Fiji took a 32-10 win over Tonga, while Manu Samoa fell 30-16 to the same opponent. 

Fiji is currently ranked the No. 9 team in the world, while Manu Samoa is ranked No. 14. and has yet to win a contest during the 2025 season.
