The Best Rugby Players In The World Rankings: 100-75

100. Henry Pollock | Northampton Saints | England Rugby

Henry Pollock may only be 20, but the Northampton flanker already has packed more into his short career than many manage in a decade.

After a breakout 2024 with England U20s where he captained the side to Six Nations and World Championship titles, Pollock hit new heights in 2025.

A Champions Cup semifinal try in Dublin against Leinster turned heads, as did a brace off the bench in his England senior debut against Wales.

In May, he became the youngest player named in Andy Farrell’s British & Irish Lions squad.

Unflinchingly competitive and relentlessly energetic, Pollock is fast becoming England’s long-term answer at openside. With a knack for rising to the moment, he looks every bit the generational talent English has been waiting for.
