Who Are The Teams?
Bath Rugby is playing in its fifth Challenge Cup Final and hoping for its second title, winning only in 2008.
The team makes the short trip from Bath to Cardiff and is playing in its third final in a row, having competed for the Premiership last season and the Prem Cup this season, though the squad still is eyeing its first title.
Led by a pair British and Irish Lions, Finn Russell and WIll Stuart, Bath is well-prepared for its matchup against Lyon.
Lyon Olympique Universitaire is making a longer trip to Cardiff for the final match, but is just as prepared. Lyon defeated Racing 92 in controlling fashion, winning 29-15 in their semifinal fixture.
Now, LOU players are as excited as ever to head to the final, taking down an eager Racing 92 that had something to prove. The French side executed the semifinal match in stride and now is hoping for its second Challenge Cup title after winning in 2022.
Both are highly regarded as some of the top rugby clubs in the world.
Where Is The Match?
