Toulouse F.C. and Cell C Sharks dominated their opponents in the Round of 16 of the Heineken Champions Cup but now only one can advance as the two squads meet at Stade Ernest Wallon in Toulouse at 10 a.m. EST on April 8. 

Toulouse beat the Bulls 33-9 in the Round of 16, while the Sharks beat Munster 30-15. The Sharks finished third in Pool A, while Toulouse finished second in Pool B.
