Shalom Suniula checks in with the guys to talk MLR Championships, RWC 7s, and a summer of elite sevens on FloRugby.

The former USA Men's Sevens captain has played in two RWC 7s, and also has played or coached in the Club 7s Championships and the NAI 7s. He's seen it all, and, by the way, helped the Seattle Seawolves win the MLR title.
