Emilie Bydwell discusses what’s next on her new job as USA Rugby Women’s HP General Manager.

Bydwell hasn't spoken about her new position since the hiring announcement in mid-November. The former Brown University All American has been through the USA pathway, as an All American, 2007 USA Rugby College Player of the Year, a 15s Eagle from 2010 to 2014 (21 caps), and a 7s Eagle, as well as a team manager and six-year coach with Atavus.
