Is there anything better to watch on TV than 80 minutes of pulsating rugby action? Personally I don't think so. Whether it's an international test, a professional league game, a college, or even a high school match, there is just something so riveting about watching two teams of 15 battle it out over course of an entire contest.
FloRugby has an archive full of hundreds of rugby matches from youth rugby all the way to the international level and everything in between.
Here are ten of our favorite games from the vault:
10.) Barbarians vs South Africa - 2016
One year after the 2015 World Cup, the next crop of Springboks took on the Barbos in a scintillating game which turned out to be just one of many stops on their path to becoming world champions.
9.) England vs Tonga - 2017 Rugby League World Cup Semi
This one might be rugby league, but it's as good a game of rugby as you'll ever see in any code. The stakes couldn't have been higher, and the ending was one for ages -- one people will still be debating to this day.
8.) Life vs Cal - 2019 D1A Final
Following another undefeated run to the national title game, the Life University Running Eagles looked to make it two straight championships. Their opponents Cal, however, had revenge on their minds after a record-breaking defeat to Life in the 2018 final. What ensued was one of the most back and forth rugby matches you'll ever watch, and a finish that came down to the very final moments.
7.) USA vs Samoa - 2018
The United States looked for their first ever win over Samoa in the autumn of 2018, and they battled all the way down to the wire. The ending provided one of rugby's moments of 2018.
6.) Canada vs USA - 2019
Known as the "Thrilla In Tukwila", the Eagles traveled up to frosty Canada for a duel with their cross-border rivals. Canada aimed to snap a double-digit winless streak against the USA in this thrilling ARC contest.
5.) England vs Barbarians - 2018
In a 15-try, 108-point outing, the Barbarians and England put on an absolute spectacle at Twickenham. The 2018 contest featured heaps of international stars from both teams who would go on to shine a the World Cup a year later.
4.) USA vs Canada - 2019 Super Series
In an instant classic, the 5th ranked United States and 3rd ranked Canada gave fans a show at the 2019 Women's Super Series in Chula Vista, CA. The United States were coming off two defeats to England and New Zealand, and looked for a bounce back performance against Canada, who had just clobbered 4th ranked France.
3.) England vs New Zealand - 2018
In what proved to be a precursor of the 2019 World Cup Semi-Final, the All Blacks traveled to Twickenham to battle England on a rain-soaked night. The two titans of rugby gave it everything until the final whistle, with the slimmest of margins separating the two sides.
2.) USA vs Scotland - 2018
It's arguably the greatest win in the past 50 years for American rugby, and it was a back and forth game fitting for an historic upset. It is the one and only win over a Tier-1 nation to date for the Eagles.
1.) Japan vs South Africa - 2015 Rugby World Cup
It's the greatest upset in the history of rugby, and could well go down as one of the greatest upsets in all of sports. The Brave Blossoms of Japan took on the mighty Springboks from South Africa in the opening game of the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England. In a cracker of a match, Japan ended it with a fairytale finish, and paved the way for the next generation of Blossoms who won their pool at the 2019 World Cup and reached the quarter-finals.
