FloRugby rates the top D1 men's College freshmen for 2017-18

Freshmen in men's college rugby made a significant impact through the season, and we expect to see more of them burst onto the scene as high school rugby gets progressively stronger.
Freshmen helped teams chase national championships, and we'll see some of these players on a national team at some point.
At FloRugby, we chose the 15 best freshman by position, many were thrown into starting roles at crucial moments.
And our Freshman Of The Year? We're picking Iona scrumhalf Connor Buckley. The former Xavier star gets this nod because everyone who goes up against him is enormously impressed with his athletic ability, intelligence, and poise.
