Who do you think is the MVP of the 2018 Americas Rugby Championship?

Pick whomever you want from the USA's roster after the Eagles won the series title for the second straight year, but here at FloRugby, we think you should have some context.

The MVP should be someone who played most of the time. A player who made one play in one game is great, but the ARC is a five-week grind. It's perhaps as punishing a series as American rugby players have seen, and you have to reward the players who were there every day.

Nine players were capped in all five games for the unbeaten Eagles, including Saturday's 61-19 triumph over Uruguay: Dylan Audsley, Nate Augspurger, Bryce Campbell, Cam Dolan, Ben Landry, Tony Lamborn, Will Magie, Huluholo Moungaloa, and Mike Te'o.

Of those, Landry and Moungaloa came on as subs twice and Lamborn once. Audsley also came on once as a sub, but because of the injury to Marcel Brache, it was very early in the game. It's also worth noting that Hanco Germishuys started four games (and wasn't used in one other).

Magie, Te'o, Dolan, Campbell, and Augspurger started all five games. We're pretty sure Te'o and Campbell, and possibly Dolan, played every minute.

So keep that in mind when you vote. Also keep in mind the scoring stats, which are here. Magie led the tournament in points scored with 38. Germishuys led the tournament in tries with five total. Te'o was tied for second with four tries.
