Life University women's coach Rosalind Chou was thrilled to see her team tested against Capital Selects this past Saturday. Even in a 35-31 loss, some Running Eagles players drew an "A" grade from the coach, including Sydnee Cervinski, the FloRugby Women's College Player of the Week.

"She has so much poise and has handled herself well under pressure," Chou said. "She's a young flyhalf but understands what she needs to do."

Here's one play in particular that stands out from Cervinski's impressive performance:

In this sequence, Cervinski gets things started as a good distributor, setting up her teammates to make yardage. And then she's quickly off to the other side of the ruck to take another pass and cut right through the Capital Select defense.

Only a last-ditch tackle stops her (and that tackle, in fact, was penalized as illegal).

You get the feeling there aren't too many players who can stop Cervinski.
