Samurai PRP Player Of The Week: Siaosi Nonu
Our Samurai Pacific Rugby Premiership Player of the Week is triple-try-scorer Siaosi Nonu of Life West.
Life West No. 8 paced the Gladiators to a 41-13 defeat of Santa Monica on Saturday live on FloRugby, and has earned the Samurai Pacific Rugby Premiership Player Of The Week honors.
Nonu scored three tries in the game, including one showed above in the video, and also Life West's opening score.
The Oakland, CA native is almost impossible to bring down with just one tackler, and he showed repeatedly that if you try to go high on him, he will knock you back and keep going.
"Siaosi is a robust and versatile player," said Life West head coach Adriaan Ferris. "He can play in a number of positions. He's new to our squad this season and we are excited to see him develop."
Scoring three tries in the first half alone isn't a bad debut.
