The Rudy Scholz Award is given out every year by the Washington Athletic Club of Seattle to the top men's D1 college player of the year.
Named after legendary American scrumhalf Rudy Scholz, who won two gold medals with the 1920 and 1924 U.S. Olympic teams and also played at Santa Clara University, the award recognizes the best in the U.S. college game.
Every year a panel of experts helps decide the winner, but the rugby public gets input too — one of the ways is this poll. Vote for someone you think should be nominated. Voters are encouraged to write in the names of players who don't already appear on the list.
We've given you a long list of suggestions, but you can ignore all of them if you want.
