Just a few days after wrapping up a strong summer of 15s tours, Eagle Impact Rugby Academy has selected a strong and athletic team for the 2017 North American Invitational 7s on August 4-5 in Salt Lake City.

Full-time EIRA coach Brendan Keane and Granite Bay (CA) High School's Jason Divine will coach the team, which includes St. Edward all-everything center Jack Bradfield, Southern California speedster Ryan James, and Colorado 5785 breakout stars Joseph Kamara and Joe Rusert-Cuddy.

Kaden Loversky showed himself to be a handful in open space during the Rocky Mountain Challenge in June, and Inoke Waqavesi was named the top player of the final EIRA Ireland tour match, which Eagle Impact won this past weekend.

EIRA lost the final of the 2016 NAI 7s to Upright Rugby Rogues on the final play of the game. Eagle Impact rebounded in March to win the Las Vegas Invitational and enter this week's tournament as one of the favorites.
