The Sharks enter Round 2 with five points after opening their season with a 41-24 bonus-point victory over Ospreys. Leinster already is looking for a response after beginning its title defense with a 27-26 loss to the 10bet Lions in Johannesburg despite Fintan Gunne scoring three tries.
Leinster has won its last five meetings against the Sharks, but South Africa has been a different story for the Irish province. Leinster has won just once in its last nine trips to South Africa.
