The 10bet Lions are coming home after knocking off the defending United Rugby Championship champions, while the Ospreys are heading to Johannesburg with a much different-looking lineup.
The Lions opened their 2026-27 URC season with a 27-26 victory over Leinster, earning four points in Round 1. Ospreys return to South Africa looking for their first win after a 41-24 loss to the Hollywoodbets Sharks in Durban.

Ospreys have made 12 personnel changes to the starting XV, with Dan Edwards returning at fly-half and Liam Wright and Keelan Giles serving as co-captains.
The Lions also receive reinforcements, with Springboks Morne van den Berg and Quan Horn returning to the matchday squad from the bench.
There has been almost nothing separating these teams historically. Across seven meetings, the Lions and Ospreys have three wins apiece and one draw. They've even scored exactly 28 tries each against one another.
10bet Lions vs. Ospreys Kickoff Time
The 10bet Lions host Ospreys at 7:45 a.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 10bet Ellis Park in Johannesburg, South Africa, for Round 2 of the 2026-27 United Rugby Championship season.
