Kolisi starts at No. 6 for the Stormers, while Edinburgh welcomes Pierre Schoeman back for his first appearance of the season. Schoeman is one of just two changes to Edinburgh's starting XV from Round 1, with Ollie Blyth-Lafferty also entering the front row.
The Stormers have lost only once in six meetings with Edinburgh, but that defeat came the last time they visited Hive Stadium, when Edinburgh rolled to a 38-7 victory in October 2024.
