Zuliani has quietly developed into one of Italy's most dependable forwards through his relentless work rate, breakdown presence and growing influence as a ball carrier.

Composed under pressure and armed with one of the Northern Hemisphere's most reliable tactical kicking games, Crowley, 26, remains one of Ireland's premier playmakers.
Increased competition at fly-half did little to diminish his importance during the 2025-26 season as he continued to guide Munster through the URC and Champions Cup while providing Ireland with a dependable option whenever called upon. His game management, leadership and ability to control territory keep him firmly among the game's rising No. 10s.
98. Joseph Sua'ali'i | Fullback/Centre | Australia | NSW Waratahs
Few young players possess Sua'ali'i's combination of size, athleticism and star power. After making the high-profile switch from rugby league, the Wallabies back continued his rapid development with the Waratahs, showcasing the vision, footwork and versatility that have many projecting him as the future face of Australian rugby.
Comfortable at fullback, centre or wing, Sua'ali'i, 23, already looks capable of changing matches in multiple ways, and his ceiling remains among the highest in the sport.
97. Rory Darge | Flanker | Scotland | Glasgow Warriors
Relentless at the breakdown and respected for the way he leads through actions rather than words, Darge, 26, has become one of Scotland's most consistent forwards.
The Glasgow Warriors standout again impressed throughout the 2025-26 campaign with his defensive work rate, turnover ability and growing leadership responsibilities. Whether wearing the captain's armband or setting the standard through effort alone, Darge continues to establish himself among Europe's premier openside flankers.
96. Henry Pollock | Flanker | England | Northampton Saints
Few players have risen faster than Henry Pollock. Still only 21, the Northampton Saints flanker has already played in an Investec Champions Cup Final, won a Gallagher PREM title and become the youngest player ever selected for the British & Irish Lions.
His explosive carrying, fearless defense and remarkable instinct for the try line continued to fuel another outstanding season in 2025-26. Already one of England's brightest young stars, Pollock looks destined to climb much higher on this list in the years ahead.
95. Cameron Hanekom | No. 8 | South Africa | Vodacom Bulls Rugby
Powerful through contact and remarkably athletic for his size, Hanekom has emerged as one of South Africa's brightest young forwards.
The Bulls standout again dominated the gain line throughout the URC season while showcasing the work rate and breakdown instincts that have drawn comparisons with some of the Springboks' great back-row players. At just 24, his blend of physicality, mobility and rugby intelligence continues to point toward a long international career.
94. Fin Smith | Fly-Half | England | Northampton Saints
Calm under pressure and mature well beyond his years, Fin Smith, 24, has quickly developed into one of the world's most promising fly-halves.
The Northampton playmaker continued building on his impressive résumé during the 2025-26 season after already winning two Gallagher PREM titles, reaching an Investec Champions Cup Final and becoming a third-generation British & Irish Lion. His tactical control, decision-making and composure continue to make him one of England's cornerstones for the future.
93. Tamaiti Williams | Loosehead Prop | New Zealand | Crusaders Rubgy
Williams has grown into one of rugby's premier young loosehead props by combining dominant scrummaging with uncommon mobility around the field.
The Crusaders front-rower once again anchored both club and country during the 2025-26 season, providing the All Blacks with a powerful set-piece platform while contributing as an effective ball carrier in open play. At just 25, he already looks capable of becoming one of the defining props of his generation.
92. Nicolas Depoortère | Centre | France | Union Bordeaux Begles
One of France's brightest young midfield talents, Depoortère continues to combine physical defense with intelligent running lines and an eye for the try line.
Another outstanding campaign with Bordeaux-Bègles strengthened his reputation as one of Europe's rising centers while reinforcing his place in France's long-term plans. At only 23, his all-around game continues to improve, making him one of the most exciting young backs in international rugby.
91. Pablo Matera | Flanker | Argentina | Mie Honda Heat
Passion, leadership and uncompromising physicality have defined Matera's career, and those qualities remain as valuable as ever.
Even in the latter stages of his playing days, the veteran back-rower, 33, continues to set the standard for Los Pumas while bringing experience and intensity to Mie Honda Heat in Japan Rugby League One. Argentina's most capped played, few have worn their country's jersey with greater commitment, and Matera remains the emotional heartbeat of Argentine rugby.
