With the United Rugby Championship approaching the end of the season, South African Rugby players and fans will turn it's attention to the Nations Championship in July.
The inaugural Nations Championship season will start this Summer, with 12 nations being represented in the global tournament. South Africa Rugby, who are the No. 1 ranked team in the World Rugby Men’s rankings, are considered among the favorites to win the championship.

Teams are split into two groups: the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere. The Springboks will compete in the Southern Hemisphere.
Led by team captain Siya Kolisi and coach Rassie Erasmus, the Springboks are looking to become the first ever champion of rugby’s new global competition.
