Gregor Townsend’s Scotland side set the tone early, racing to a 17-0 lead inside the opening 14 minutes through tries from Huw Jones and Jamie Ritchie, with Finn Russell pulling the strings.

England responded through Henry Arundell, but discipline shifted momentum. Arundell was shown a yellow card and later sent off for a second offense just before halftime, forcing England to play a man down as Scotland carried a 24-10 lead into the break.

The turning point came early in the second half. With England attacking and George Ford setting up for a drop goal, the kick was charged down. Jones gathered the loose ball and ran it in for his second try. Russell converted to push the lead to 31-13.

England managed a late score through Ben Earl, but it was in vain as Scotland and Townsend continue to haunt the English side in Six Nations play.
