The Rugby Championship 2025 Team Guide

The Women's Rugby World Cup finally is here, and the 16 teams set to take the field are gearing up for the first round of the group stage.

The USA Women's Eagles will kick off the World Cup against No. 1-ranked England Rugby on Aug. 22 in what is sure to be an interesting matchup.

The Eagles are the lowest-ranked squad in the world and have yet to win a contest in 2025.

Anything can happen in the Women's Rugby World Cup, despite what the rankings may predict, and every team will be vying for the opportunity to compete for a trophy that won't be available again until 2029.
