Scotland Rugby will face the Māori All Blacks for the third time when the teams meet Saturday, July 5, at Semenoff Stadium in Whangārei, New Zealand.

Kickoff is set for 11:35 p.m. ET., and streaming coverage will begin at 11:20 p.m. ET on FloRugby and the FloSports app.

The match is the first of three fixtures for Scotland on its 2025 Skyscanner Pacific Tour and is considered a non-capped international.

Scotland named Stafford McDowall as captain, with George Horne and Josh Bayliss serving as vice-captains. McDowall previously led Scotland in a non-cap win over Portugal last year.

Scotland coach Gregor Townsend has named a matchday squad that includes several players returning to international action.

Fullback Ollie Smith is set to make his first Scotland appearance since the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Wing Harry Paterson and fly-half Adam Hastings also return, while prop Fin Richardson is in line to earn his first appearance for Scotland after touring with the squad last summer.

The Māori All Blacks enter the match following a 50-23 win over the Japan XV last weekend. Saturday’s fixture is their first in New Zealand since 2022.

Coach Ross Filipo has made minimal changes to the side, with debuts for Antonio Shalfoon and Daniel Rona and a bench spot for Corey Evans.

Filipo said in a press release the team expects a different type of challenge from Scotland, noting the team's physical approach and structured play.
