The only changes from last week’s commanding 37-19 semifinal win over the Glasgow Warriors see Ringrose slot into the midfield alongside Jordie Barrett, while van der Flier takes his place at openside flanker.
Jack Conan captains the squad, anchoring a powerful back row that includes Ryan Baird at blindside.
Joe McCarthy and James Ryan maintain their second-row partnership, while the front row sees Andrew Porter and Thomas Clarkson pack down either side of hooker Dan Sheehan.
In the back line, Jamison Gibson-Park partners Sam Prendergast in the halves, with Tommy O’Brien and James Lowe manning the wings. Jimmy O’Brien retained at fullback.
The bench features significant experience and firepower, including World Cup-winning Springbok RG Snyman and veteran playmaker Ross Byrne, who is set to make his 186th, and final, appearance for the province.
