Union Bordeaux Bègles Rugby had one of the strongest runs throughout the Investec Champions Cup and finished third overall in the Top 14 standings. Now UBB Rugby is looking for more in 2024-2025. 

The club went 15-0-11 in the Top 14, qualifying for the Champions Cup once again. UBB advanced to the Top 14 Final on June 28, 2024 but ran into the buzz saw that was Toulouse and superstar Antoine Dupont.

It was the first appearance in the Top 14 Final ever for the club and came just months after UBB reached the quarterfinals of the Champions Cup playoffs and came just one point away beating the Harlequins for a spot in the semifinals. UBB won their Champions Cup Pool to earn No. 4 seed in the tournament.
