Central Washington Joins D1A
Central Washington has been officially added as the 70th D1A team, accepted as an independent.

CWU was playing in the Varsity Cup and running its own independent schedule in previous years. But the Varsity Cup is losing participants, and Central Washington struggled to find good U.S.-based college opposition last year.

This year is a bit different, with the Wildcats set to take on BYU, Utah Valley, Lindenwood, UC Davis, and Saint Mary's along with local club power the Seattle Saracens.

This brings the number of D1A teams to 70 and brings us all closer to the desired national playoff of all of the very best teams in one postseason.
