With conference play underway and the All-Americans in action, here's a look at college rugby players who powered through last weekend.

Zach Young

The Arkansas State center was the best back for the All-Americans in their unlucky 20-18 loss to Oxford University on Saturday in Chester, PA. Young helped create one of the All-American tries with a superb kick-and-chase and consistently broke the Oxford line.

Matt Jensen

The BYU and USA lock scored the try that Young set up. Jensen was active in the breakdown and set piece throughout the All-Americans' game against Oxford.

Colson Warner

The Lindenwood-Belleville sophomore missed most of his team's 2016-17 season but did log some minutes at flyhalf. So this is essentially his first season with the Lynx; regardless, he's emerged as a nifty playmaker for the Illinois school. On Saturday, he helped lead Lindenwood-Belleville to a 38-14 win at Wisconsin.

Bobby Collins

Alabama opened up its SCRC conference season with a 38-17 victory over West Division contender Florida. A lock, Collins was strong in the pack, made some big plays in the open field, and scored a try against the Gators.

Anthony Pugliese

The Syracuse back scored three tries as the Hammerheads defeated Brockport 43-15.

Dmontae Noble

The Kutztown speedster scored three tries for the Golden Bears in a 69-17 win over St. Bonaventure.

Mike Eife

Eife scored two tries for Penn State as the No. 6 Nittany Lions defeated No. 10 Notre Dame College 43-17 and continued to test the Falcons in an area of strength -- the outside.

Isaac Hamlin

The Kentucky lock was a powerhouse for the Wildcats in their 44-24 victory over Tennessee.

Matt and Dan Waltermeyer

The Bowling Green flanker brothers were explosive and hard-working as the Eagles defeated Louisville 42-26.

Jihad Khabir

The AIC flyhalf scored four tries in a 51-17 win over New England College.

Kelly Fernandi

Another lock, this time for Virginia Tech, Fernandi is also the team captain. He was a superb leader and a powerful presence in the pack as the Hokies edged James Madison 19-18.

Bradlee Nicholls

Pictured above, Nicholls scored three tries for Mary Washington in a 69-12 win over Georgetown. A strong runner at fullback, Nicholls also links nicely with his teammates to get them opportunities.

Mike Scarcella

Scarcella is playing so well that other teams are adjusting their tactics and strategy to deal with him. He scored three tries in a 62-17 victory over Rutgers.

Joe Phillips

The UConn captain scored two tries as the Huskies beat Tufts 48-26.

Rocky Rispress

The Army openside flanker was hugely active for West Point in a 57-20 win over Wheeling Jesuit. He punctuated that performance with some game-changing moments.
