The Greatest 22 Meter Drop-out Ever?
If we told you that a 22-meter drop-out went 80 meters, would you believe us?

Well you don't have to take our word for it, see it for yourself. Former New Zealand 7s star Kurt Baker, playing in the Mitre 10 Cup in New Zealand for Manawatu Turbos against Bay of Plenty lined up a dropout for the ages. Check it out.

The Turbos fullback added some extra juice to that one, and so did the commentators. Legendary play-by-play man Grant Nesbitt summed it up: "Gee whiz, that's contact and a half. That is a mess of a kick"

For those of you who know the name no introduction is needed, but for those of you who don't, Grant has over 40 years of rugby broadcasting experience, including over 250 test matches called.

This is his story.
