FloRugby has updated the women's college sevens rankings after this past weekend's Collegiate Rugby Championship.

The first thing you'll notice is that Lindenwood remains No. 1 despite losing to Life in the CRC final. This is a tough pick, but the teams have now split two championship games, with Lindenwood holding a 43-29 aggregate lead over Life.

Overall, at the USA Nationals (Glendale, CO) and CRC (Chester, PA), Lindenwood was 11-1 with 355 points scored and 65 allowed. Life was 11-1 and scored 444 points while allowing 97. It's close, but we think the Lions have a slight edge.

In addition, nothing happened at the CRC that made us think that Central Washington (third in USA), and Quinnipiac (NIRA champion) should be dropped down.

With Penn State and Dartmouth, we've made the opposite decision compared to the one we made with Life and Lindenwood. Penn State lost to Dartmouth at the USA Nationals and beat the Big Green in the CRC. And while the CRC game was a third-place game, it was still an important matchup. Penn State lost to Dartmouth 20-14 in Glendale and beat the Big Green 24-5 in Chester. So the aggregate favors PSU 38-25.

The Nittany Lions also splits with Army, which gets a place above by almost beating CWU.
