USA Rugby has announced the field for the College 7s Championships to be held in Glendale, Colo.

As reported here, USA Rugby had a series of qualifiers, although those qualifiers were labeled as "applications received" rather than confirmed qualifiers.

Still, the tournaments were held - 19 tournaments to decide 16 spots for the Men's DI competition, and 12 tournaments for 12 spots in the Men's DII competition.

Not all of the DI winners will participate in the championships, however, as several have decided to play in the CRC 7s in Chester, Pa. instead. Two programs, Lindenwood, and Saint Mary's, have opted to do both, although they are expected to field somewhat different rosters. With 11 DI tournament qualifiers confirmed, the remaining five spots were available for at-large teams.
